How Do We Ship?
We use either UPS, Fedex, and rarely USPS. Some parts are shipped from the manufacture and don't have control on what service they use.

I got a damaged item from shipping, What do I do?
Call us immediately! There is only a 24 hour time period where you can report a damaged item from shipping and can be claimed under insurance from the service provider. After 24hours we don't have any control on getting a replacement and you are S.O.L.

I realized I don't need this item, how do I return it?
First answer this questions:
- Is it brand new and not installed on car?
- Is it in its original packaging?
- Is the purchase date LESS than 30 days from invoice?
- Is it NOT a special order item or used item (would be noted on your invoice)?
- Is it NOT an electrical part? If it is, call see if that is returnable

Return Goods Authorization

If this is not filled out and supplied with the part when returning, we will think its stocking inventory and put the product back on our shelf, thus missing out on your credit.
